The "Huynh De Chi Binh" or Brotherhood Program that we have covered in the article "South Vietnamese Disabled Veterans" on this web site, has been legalized as an independent non-profit organization.
In a notice, the group informs all of its benefactors, donators and oversea compatriots who ever considered in helping Vietnamese disabled veterans, widows and orphans of the Brotherhood of Armed Forces of the Republic of Vietnam actually suffering their lives in Vietnam, about its new status.

Please use this name in correspondence with the group and as the recipient of donations and contributions to the program.
